Whether the switch feel isn't right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the keyboard in its original manufacturer packaging with all included keycap pullers, cables, and documentation to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
