What is the difference between Linear, Tactile, and Clicky switches?

Linear switches are smooth and quiet with no bump. Tactile switches have a noticeable bump at the actuation point for feedback. Clicky switches have both a tactile bump and an audible 'click' sound.

Are your keyboards compatible with both Mac and Windows?

Yes, most of our keyboards are compatible with both operating systems. Many models include extra keycaps for Mac layouts and a toggle switch to change firmware modes.

What is your return policy for customized keyboards?

Standard keyboards can be returned within 30 days. However, fully custom-built keyboards or modified units are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How long does shipping take for in-stock items?

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by destination.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.

What does 'Hot-Swappable' mean?

A hot-swappable keyboard allows you to change the mechanical switches without soldering. You can simply pull the switches out and plug new ones in to change the typing feel.
